New New New! New Bookmarks in our Etsy Shop

Can you tell I am excited about our newest products? In the past two weeks I’ve listed 6 new bookmarks in our Etsy Shop, one of which is a Custom product I’ll be talking about more Wednesday on the blog. I featured two of the bookmarks last week on the blog, here are the other photo bookmarks:

What do you think of them? After the Apple Harvest Festival (in Glastonbury Connecticut October 19 and 20th – come visit us!) I’ll be photographing new greeting cards and new pendant necklaces. Then I’ll get started on some fantastic new bookmarks 🙂 There are a lot of new products on the horizon and I can’t wait to show you them!

Monday Update: 6 Days Left Until the Milford Oyster Festival!

Last week I felt stressed that I wouldn’t get everything done, but after this past weekend I just feel really excited. I haven’t done a craft fair in a long time and I do love them. Plus, I spent the weekend making new keychains as well as brand new round and square glass tile pendants and everything looks BEAUTIFUL. I can not wait to show them off next Saturday at the Milford Oyster Festival!

I added some things to my Craft Fair Checklist and printed it out. I made a to do list of everything left to buy or make or do and I’ve crossed almost everything off of it. My biggest concern right now is that I won’t have the big car I thought I was going to have to transport everything. And I have a Mini Cooper Clubman. I have a few backup plans if everything doesn’t fit, but hopefully I can have everything ready and test packing the car by Wednesday or Thursday.

Other things I accomplished this weekend: Bought an awesome, old and HEAVY radio at a tag sale to use as a display piece, found a super cute photo album to use for the September 30 Days of Lists and cleaned my desk. I also compulsively checked the weather. We are supposed to have a gorgeous day next Saturday, I can only hope that that stays true!

I spontaneously took the photo above this morning to show off a pendant and the radio, and now I think I have my prop for Etsy photos when I list the pendants – I absolutely love this photo!

I’m using a lot of exclamation points today. After the week I had last week, it feels really good to be happy and excited about something. Here’s to a good week full of good things happening!

 

New Bookmark: Dragonfly in Summer

Our newest bookmark features a sweet little dragonfly that came to visit me while I was at the Animal Kingdom in Disney. Matt was on the Everest rollercoaster (no way I was joining him on that) so I sat to rest for a bit. The dragonfly didn’t mind posing for me, which made me happy. New in our Etsy Shop: Travel Photo Keychains

We are incredibly proud to introduce into our Etsy Shop Travel Photo Keychains! Above you can see the first two available – Blue Swallow Motel and Cadillac Ranch. Both come from our adventures down Route 66. More keychains will be arriving in the shop over the course of the next week or so, so please check back in to take a look!

The Blue Swallow Motel is an iconic fixture in Tucumcari New Mexico and Cadillac Ranch is an equally iconic art installation and roadside attraction in Amarillo Texas.

New Sammy the Cat for Valentine’s Day (or just plain Love)

Matt has been at work making more adorable Sammy the Cat illustrations ! We have two new images (and three new bookmarks) in our shop as Sammy the Cat explores Love and falls asleep on a Heart Pillow.

The image above is available in horizontal or vertical – the horizontal has the full image and the vertical is a slightly cropped version. We hope you love these images as much as we do!

Changes on the Wind, and a Pendant Display

As some of you know, I’ve started adding glass pendants into the shop featuring some of my travel and flower photographs. We attended a couple craft fairs recently and I put together this simple display. I think it came out pretty good, how about you?

The first fair went really well, but the second not so much. I’m looking into a few other events for the Summer, but with the wedding planning and all we probably won’t be able to do more than that until next Spring/Summer. That’s okay though. Because I have a lot of plans for fallenpeach. Particularly this Summer and leading up to our anniversary in September. We will be concluding our third year in business and I want to open our fourth year with a bang. There are at least three sheets of paper with ideas and scribbles on them roaming about my desk and I’m eager to start crossing things off yet another list.

I’m being evasive, I know, but I will start with this – I am 17 sales from 100 in our Etsy Shop and once I hit 15 sales away exciting things will start happening. Either that or the beginning of June, whichever comes first!

We are incredibly proud to announce our second Etsy shop, CUSTOMPEACH and invite you to take a look at our custom listings. Right now we have graphic design and custom charcoal (or pencil) drawings with more offerings in the wings. This has been in the works for a long time and I’m so happy to have finally launched the shop.

I’m also really happy to finally be showing off Matt’s beautiful portrait work. Above is a pencil drawing he did of his grandfather based on a photograph.

New in Shop: Sunshine Bookmark, Also Bookmarks on Sale

I am incredibly excited to bring you some shop updates this morning!  First of all, there are now 20 different bookmarks on sale in my shop for just $2.25 each, including this adorable and Autumn ready Owl bookmark.

AND, as if that weren’t enough, I will be adding new bookmarks into the shop starting TODAY! I have roughly 28 new designs and I can not wait to show you all of them. I’ll be starting with one of my new favorite sunflower photos – I call it SUNSHINE.

I took this photo at Lyman Orchards in Connecticut a few weeks ago, I thought it was the most beautiful Sunflower in the maze.
